Our Shipping Policy

We send all packages on Monday or Tueseday only to prevent fish from spending weekends at the postal facilities.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We use special thermal packages and vaccum sealing to ensure freshest fish on your table.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Legal

Due to food import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the mainland United States, including to Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
